The Best Tool Kits
Koopool Tool Kit: This is basic simple tool kit for a novice mechanic or DIY guy. It has some wrenches and sockets, a few screwdrivers and a bit driver and some allens. It also has a magnet and some bits. You probably won’t be able to rebuild an LS with it, but it is a good kit.
Here is the Starwork Kit. It’s a 314 piece kit. It is more detailed with a full wrench set and socket sets. It doesn’t have a screwdriver, but it has a bit driver and screw driver bits along with random multiple other bits. The sockets range 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″. Also, pliers and other assorted tools are included. You probably need a few additional tools to rebuild an LS, but this one’s getting closer
We will refer to this as the Starwork Lux, (my nick name, not theirs). You could rebuild your LS with this a couple specialty tools, and the price reflects. It has ratchet wrenches and knipex style pliers, drivers, and vise grips. This bad boy is sportin really nice quality tools. It’s generic by any means.
